Every plan includes in-home visits, televisits, same-day or next-day access, prescription management, refills, and care coordination. Our Plus Plan adds secure messaging and a second in-home visit for $199 a month. The Elite Plan at $349 a month includes unlimited visits — both telehealth and in-person — plus yearly basic labs and 15% off all additional BCH services.

Our Telehealth membership starts at $49 a month. That gives you one visit per month, refills, and messaging access with no per-visit charge. Most telehealth platforms charge $75–$100 per individual visit with no ongoing relationship with your provider. Our Elite Telehealth Plan at $149 a month gives you unlimited visits, same/next-day access, and priority messaging.

Our IV Therapy membership starts at $149 a month. A single Myers Cocktail session at most IV bars in South Florida runs $150–$250 per visit — with no provider relationship, no home delivery, and no service discounts. Our Basic Plan is valued at $195 and includes priority scheduling and 10% off all BCH services. The Elite Plan is valued at $855 and costs $549 a month.

No. We do not bill insurance. You pay us directly at a clear, flat monthly rate. Many members use their HSA or FSA accounts to cover membership costs. Check with your plan administrator to confirm eligibility.

Yes. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees. If your needs change, just let us know. You will not be locked into months of payments you do not want.
