BCH is owned and operated by Gabrielle Radabaugh NP. We provide In-Home Primary & Urgent Care, Telehealth, Aesthetics & Cosmetics, Weight Loss Programs, Mobile IV Therapy, Infertility Care & more.

Cancellations

Cancellation & No Show Policy: All appointments must be held with a valid credit card at the time of booking. Cancelling or rescheduling an appointment less than 24 hours in advance will result in a $25 charge. All appointment no shows without notice will result in a $50 charge.
